The project stands out for the technical solutions adopted for building infrastructure, made necessary by its location on sloping terrain and the good sub-bottom layer located at considerable depth from the natural ground elevation. These geotechnical conditions required careful design and the use of foundation systems adapted to the specific situation.

Infrastructure includes several types of foundations, used according to the geometry of the terrain and the loads transmitted by the superstructure. The following were executed continuous foundations with discharge on isolated foundations, as well as micropile insulated foundations, ensuring the stability of the construction on the entire surface and on steep slopes.
A defining element of the project is plate at elevation -0.10 m, which comes out in the console until 2.5 m along the entire length of the building, exceeding the natural slope of the land. At the base of this slope is Lake Monastery, which required additional safety and stiffening measures.
The superstructure is made of cold drawn thin sheet metal profiles, configured to achieve a lightweight, efficient and quick to build structure. Perimeter enclosures are composed of a high-performance system:
fiber cement boards outside,
mineral wool as a thermal insulating layer,
OSB and plasterboard inside,
a combination for durability, weather protection and thermal comfort.
