The project involved converting the existing roof by replacing non-circulable terraces with a wooden truss roof on seats, as well as building attic to create extra usable space.

The rehabilitation also included thermal insulation of the entire building, together with interior finishing, improving the comfort, energy efficiency and environmental quality of the building.
