Any repairs or adjustments during the warranty period shall be carried out in accordance with the contract.

10. Limitation of liability

Alpha Project cannot be held responsible for:

  • incorrect use of materials provided by the client,

  • damage caused by external factors (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.),

  • indirect loss or damage caused by failure to carry out work on time for reasons beyond our control.

11. Protection of personal data

Personal data collected through the website or other communication channels will be used strictly for the purposes of contracting, billing and execution of services.
