The project is made of three stacked modular containers, configured to create a modern and dynamic volumetry. Vertical circulation is ensured by a exterior metal staircase, mounted on metal brackets secured by the container structure, offering easy access and a modern-industrial architectural look.

Via vertical offset of containers, were obtained natural balconies and loggias, which give the building a distinctive appearance and allow the integration of protected outdoor spaces. This layout required additional strengthening of the structure, achieved by rectangular metal pipes, which take the loads from the corners of the cantilever containers and transmit them safely to the foundation of the ground floor container.

The adopted solution combines the mobility and flexibility of modular construction with the elegance of contemporary architecture, resulting in a compact, efficient and visually attractive building.
