Apartment P+1E+M and Studio - Casa Corbeanca
project „Corbeanca House” proposes the realization of a modern dwelling composed of a main body with ground floor, first floor and attic, alongside a separate ground floor studio. The building combines functionality and contemporary aesthetics with high-performance technical solutions for a high level of thermal comfort and energy efficiency.

General data and compartmentalization
The dwelling has a height GF+1E+M, with a height of 2.75 m on the ground floor and between 0.52-3.21 m attic.
The interior spaces are organized as follows:
Go: living room, kitchen, two storage rooms, technical room, hallway and staircase, windfang, access area and terrace - total useful area 76,50 sq.m.
Floor: three bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, hall and staircase - total useful area 81,25 sq.m.
Attic: hobby space and chepeng access - useful area 44,95 sq.m.
Ground floor studio: studio with bathroom, hall, technical room and terrace - useful area 41,85 sq.m.
Structure and insulation
The building is made of 25 cm Porotherm efficient masonry, with a structure of reinforced concrete beams, columns and belts, insulated with 10 cm of fire-retardant expanded polystyrene. The attic has a structure of wood that has been seasoned and fireproofed, insulated with 15 cm mineral wool and an additional layer of 5 cm inside, to eliminate thermal bridges.
Under the concrete slab on the ground floor a thermal insulation layer of 10 cm expanded polystyrene.
Interior and exterior finishes
The finishes are chosen to combine comfort with durability:
Interior: Tiled floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, laminate flooring in the living room and bedrooms, walls plastered and painted in pastel shades, plasterboard ceilings.
Carpentry: interior in solid wood, exterior in PVC with insulating glass (R'min = 0.77 m²K/W).
Exterior: textured white textured plaster, wood accents and decorative preformed polystyrene profiles.
Exterior stairs: finished with non-slip tiles, fitted with safety features.
The flues will serve the central heating system, fireplaces and any stoves, ensuring proper and safe ventilation.
Through this project, Corbeanca House becomes an example of fully equipped contemporary accommodation, where modern architecture is combined with durable technical solutions and quality materials. Spaces are bright, well-compartmentalized and designed for everyday family comfort.
