Specific functional flows appropriate for a social housing building were respected for the C1 building.
The proposed buildings have been designed as independent structures, with no interaction with neighboring buildings, which allows the works to be carried out safely and without impact on the stability of existing buildings.
Wastewater from the toilets will be discharged through a new sewage system connected to the street network. Access for people with disabilities will be ensured in accordance with the regulations in force, both in the circulation areas and in the sanitary facilities.
Structure and technical solutions

The C1 body structure is made of reinforced concrete frames, regularly arranged in both main directions, to ensure adequate behavior under gravity and seismic loading, according to P100-1/2013.
The pillars have sections of 30×30 cm, 30×50 cm, 30×60 cm and 40×40 cm.
The longitudinal beams are designed with 30×45 cm sections and the transverse beams with 30×40 cm.
The reinforced concrete slabs are 13 cm thick.
Structural walls are 25 cm and 15 cm thick.
The exterior walls will be made of 30 cm BCA masonry, ensuring good thermal and acoustic behavior.
The roof will be non-circulating terrace, adapted to the current use of the building and technical requirements.
