The project involved exterior strengthening of the building, achieved by applying welded nets and cement-based plaster, to increase structural strength and stability. It was also executed basement waterproofing, together with insulating the building, using mineral wool for facades and extruded polystyrene in the basement area.

The intervention also included complete replacement of the wooden frame and ceramic tile coverings, modernizing the roof system and providing adequate protection against the elements.
