Description of works
The new agri-food market will be a modern, efficiently organized and modern space, adapted to today's requirements of hygiene and comfort, offering optimal conditions for selling agricultural and handicraft products.
The building will host stands for the sale of fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, meat and meat preparations, honey and apiculture products, canned food, fish, flowers, seeds and cereals, as well as special areas for household articles and local crafts, promoting the economy and community traditions.
Structure and materials
The superstructure consists of metal frames made of pillars and beams of type IPE and HEA, and a metal fastening system made of C, Z or omega profiles. For additional stability, areas with large openings will be introduced metal bracing.
Exterior enclosures: sandwich panels, horizontal, concealed, 100 mm thick, fire resistance class EI15’
Interior compartments: 50 mm plasterboard or sandwich panel walls with fire protection
The roof: metal structure with beams and purlins, cladding of sandwich panels with the appearance of a perforated sheet
Finishes and architectural details
Pardoseli: waterproofed, wear-resistant helicopter-borne concrete in commercial and technical areas
Ceilings: false plasterboard ceilings, mounted on a metal structure and finished with white washable paint
Exterior joinery: PVC or aluminum, with triple insulating glass (3 sheets of glass, Warmedge warmedge, Uw ≤ 0.90 W/m²K), mounted with closed-cell, watertight polyurethane foam
Through this project, the municipality of Codlea will benefit from a modern, clean and energy-efficient food market, which will become a landmark for the community, helping to support local producers and revitalize the city's shopping area.
