In the 5 of Bucharest Municipality, 25A Mărgeanului Street, the project of consolidation and reconstruction of Secondary School No. 124, a complex project designed to ensure structural safety, modernize the premises and bring them up to today's comfort and energy efficiency standards.

Description of works
The proposed interventions aim to complete modernization of school premises, with a focus on quality, safety and sustainability. The aim is to create a modern, safe and comfortable educational environment for students and teachers.
Works include:
Refinishing floors by pouring a new screed and applying modern finishes throughout the building;
Restoring ceilings by installing a plasterboard cladding system, which allows the integration of recessed lighting;
Complete rehabilitation of the exterior insulation and application of decorative plasters to improve energy efficiency and aesthetics;
Replacing interior joinery, using fire-rated doors where required by safety regulations;
Waterproofing and the installation of a new thermosystem for the non-circulating terrace;
Modernization of heating and electrical installations, as well as the installation of fire protection, CCTV (video surveillance), voice-date and other modern safety and communication components.
Through these works, Secondary School No. 124 will benefit from a fully renovated and safe space, with quality finishes, modern installations and improved thermal and visual comfort. The project provides a complete upgrade of educational infrastructure, preparing the building for many years of optimal use.
