The project involved the realization of a single-family housing high-altitude P+1E, built on a reinforced concrete frame structure, which ensures long-term stability and durability. The roof is wooden frame on chairs, and the interior compartmentalization is made of brick masonry with vertical voids, offering a high level of thermal and acoustic comfort.
