Maximum existing height, +10.97 m, is also maintained for the proposed configuration.
According to the Urban Planning Certificate, the maximum urban indicators are:
POT = 50%
CUT = 1.5 sq.m ADC/ sq.m land
Project aims and objectives
The documentation was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the beneficiary and the applicable technical legislation. The project aims at modernization of the ambulatory healthcare unit, improving the quality of services and increasing the energy performance of the building.
The proposed interventions contribute to the integration of the building in a current architectural concept, coherent urban and landscape, adapted to contemporary technologies and sustainability principles.
Mansardization of the building
By converting the attic, the existing attic becomes a fully functional space, which will include:
administrative and technical areas;
circulations;
toilets;
unofficial;
storage space.
It is proposed to establish a direct vertical link through reinforced concrete staircase, as well as attic compartmentalization with lightweight plasterboard walls. To achieve the required energy performance, the insulation will be supplemented with 20 cm mineral wool, and interior finishes will include fire and moisture resistant plasterboard in specific areas.
Architectural image
The volumetry and facades are designed to reflect the character of the medical facility and to respect the principles of contemporary architecture by coherence, elegance and sustainability, integrating the building in the green buildings able to take on modern technologies.

Seismic importance class II (P100-1/2013)
Fire resistance class III (P118/1999)
Superstructure - consolidation and rehabilitation works
The proposed structural rehabilitation interventions include:
local dress of load-bearing masonry masonry walls, made on the inside after plaster has been removed;
checking and replacement of the buiandrug which do not meet the strength requirements, these are replaced with new C20/25 reinforced concrete bollards;
roof repairs, with replacement of degraded elements (approx. 50%) and installation of new elements, including bracing and clamps;
realizing a void in reinforced concrete floor for vertical circulation to the attic;
compartmentalization with wooden structural walls or lightweight plasterboard walls as needed;
attic floor made of wooden beams with mineral wool filling.
