Individual Coupled Dwellings - Description of Proposed Construction
The project proposes to realize coupled individual dwellings, designed with a height regime P+1E, harmoniously integrated into the urban context and optimized in structural, functional and energy terms. The buildings are designed to provide a high level of living comfort and durability in operation.

Superstructure
The proposed structure combines existing confined masonry with reinforced concrete pillars and belts, completed with reinforced concrete frames. The roof is provided in the wooden frame, treated and sized according to structural requirements.
External enclosures and compartmentalization
Exterior and interior walls are made of BCA blocks, ensuring high thermal, acoustic and seismic performance.
Reaction to fire: class A1
Thickness of partitions: 15 cm
Binders: prefabricated or cast monolithic with reinforced concrete elements
Roof and roofing
The roof is a traditional roof made of:
Popi 10×15 cm
Capriori 10×10 cm
Bread 10×15 cm
Plank shingles, sized according to the type of roofing
The chosen cover is matte black metal tile, with a slope of 25%.
The space between the floor joists is insulated with 10 cm mineral wool, to increase thermal and acoustic comfort.
The guardrail and battens will be made of treated wood finished in the color gray, and stormwater will be collected by black metal gutters and downspouts, with drainage slopes of 2%.
Exterior finishes
The facades will be finished with two types of decorative plaster:
white and gray plaster
grey marmorom plaster for plinth
External insulation is done with fire-retardant expanded polystyrene, thickness 10 mm.
Interior finishes
Kitchen: tiled or parquet flooring, profiled skirting boards, walls partially tiled in the countertop area, ceilings plastered and painted in pastel colors.
Living and bedrooms: laminate parquet flooring, special skirting boards, walls plastered, varnished and painted in pastel colors, ceilings finished with washable paint.
Hey: tiled floor, tiled walls up to door height, plastered and pastel painted ceilings.
The interior joinery is solid wood, and the outer one in PVC with triple-pane insulating glass, ensuring high energy performance.
